Pirates

Are invading Tampa Bay for Gasparilla tomorrow. Too bad they don't have Jack Sparrow on their crew...

Anyway, Husband and I saw the pirates invade downtown the other day. They politely asked the mayor to hand over the city and she politely said, "I'll do it for beads".
Just kidding.

So tomorrow they come to town and give us beads and show us a parade. Should be fun - I have only been once but it seems to be a real big deal around here! I love pirates!!

I can't believe our mayor negotiates with pirates...

That's me. I have my reasons though. One reason is that I can't seem to stay home for one single weekend.

Here are some Disney photos from last weekend:

My sisters are cute

I Love Florida!

We live in the best state.

Husband's Grandparents have citrus trees behind their house. Delicious oranges, grapefruit and lemons are shared with us whenever the crop is good.

The oranges are sweet, the grapefruit is perfect and the lemons are HUGE.

Yesterday I made a pitcher of orange juice - squeezed with my grandmothers old juicer - and I still have a drawer full of oranges left over. I wish you all could taste it...

North Carolina Adventure Part II

Before Christmas, husband and I went to North Carolina for our 3 year Anniversary and to spend a few days with our besties, the Yonfa's.

We took about a billion and one pictures so it will take me a few days to get the good ones up.

We had a wonderful and blessed Christmas as always. We are very fortunate to have what we have and I pray we never forget that!
I hope everyone enjoyed their time spent with loved ones this year.

I can't wait for next Christmas :)

B.S. (Before Snow)

Much much more to come! (I really should credit my friends Albert and Carolyn here, because the photos in this collage and the one above it are theirs! I am so sorry I forgot to credit you guys!!)

Back to Blogging

OK, I am back, sort of.
I'm trying to catch up on work and what not but I will be back to my regular posting ASAP!

And I can't wait to look at all my other favorite blogs to see what you all have been up to.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and a Happy New Year!
